Paying for your dance show order

Customer Streaming Service

When purchased, you get a free Mediazilla account to watch your HD video, either from a browser or from the Mediazilla App.
Streaming service works just like Netflix and Amazon Prime. You purchase the show, then download the app onto mobiles, the Amazon Fire stick and other platforms such as Apple TV etc, and view your show video from such.
Just to remind you that this is a streaming service. You cannot download the videos.

Your Private Delivery Account

When your set-up email is emailed to you, you have one month to use the button in your email. If you don’t manage this, don’t worry, just ask us to resend your link to the same email address and then you’ll have another month. Be aware that the email to activate your online show might go to your junk folder, so if you are expecting it please check in there.
It is the purchasers' responsibility to check that delivery have gone into your account when sent. We cannot freely replace new delivery links to different email addresses.
You have the option to create a free Mediazilla Account after you press the button, or add the dance show video to an existing account you already have.
Your online account will be active for life under the MEDIAZILLA terms of contract.
Your account can be hosted on three devices such as the Amazon firestick, your mobile and perhaps a laptop. If you try to add anymore devices, you’ll be asked to remove a device before signing in on a new one. If that happens, MediaZilla will send a secure link to your email so you can manage your devices.
You can change your email address and password from within your account if you need to. If you forget your password, then just use the lost password screen and input your email to renew your password. https://mediazilla.com/forgot
