Terms for our "Free Filming Service" for School Principles

• As part of our free service to you, you honour the agreed unit price and the minimum order quantity agreed between you and us before the date of the show. Usually 35 copies or the £595 equivalent for the work.
• Our work is protected under the Copyright Act 1988 (https://www.copyrightservice.co.uk).
• You are required to make your order within 1 month of the sample video being sent to you

The date of your show is secured only if:

1. We have confirmed it to you in an email or messenger communication.
2.  You have paid the invoice of a booking fee. The minimum amount of the non-refundable booking fee is £100 which will be deducted from the invoice of your main order.
3. In some circumstance, we might request the full estimated amount rather than the booking fee before the show date at our own discretion, such as a late booking etc.

Terms & Conditions

• For shows that run longer than 180 minutes (including interval), or is further than 35 miles from us, the unit price is to be agreed upon by both parties before the reservation is confirmed. If the show runs longer than expected, the unit price may need to be updated after the event.
• We operate a STREAMING service only. Downloads can only be turned on after the first 12 months of streaming, at your request. This can be turned on for everyone or just for individuals at your discretion.
• Because of the amount of work and time it takes, there is a £200 fee per person for blanking out faces from the show. To help avoid this, please seek permission from performers and their guardians before filming day. Another way around it is for the performer to wear makeup to hide their features.
• The main order is to be made and paid for within 1 month after the sample video is sent to you.
• Payment in Full to be made before delivery of the order. An official invoice will be sent via email.
• It is the purchasers' responsibility to check that Online Deliveries have gone into their accounts when delivered. We can not freely replace new video links after 1 month to different email addresses.
• The customers account can be hosted on three devices such as the Amazon firestick, their personal mobile and perhaps a laptop. If they try to add anymore devices, they’ll be asked to remove a device before signing in on a new one. This is a NEW Mediazilla policy to try and cut down on account sharing between family and friends, at the cost of the video companies. It cannot be changed.
• Raw footage is deleted after the main order is delivered to make room to edit further dance shows. Once it's gone it's gone.
• Important: We operate a 1st Come 1st Serve basis so please book in plenty of time.
